June is Three Months Old!

June is three months old today and seems to be quite happy about it! Recently, we have been seeing tons of smiles, hearing lots of cooing and even a few little giggles. Keith managed to take a video today, showing what she has been up to...

In other news... last weekend we visited family in Fennville. We had a great time catching up with everyone and celebrating Tyler's 3rd and Ethan's 1st birthday. Click on My Cousins: Tyler and Ethan (on the right) to see lots of great pictures from the party! June's cousins were nice enough to let her borrow their "Bumbo Chair" to try out and she loves it. Now we are busy getting ready for another trip. Next Wednesday June and I leave for two weeks in Florida! Keith will be in Colorado skiing with Jack and then will catch up with us down south for the last part of the trip. We are all looking forward to the vacation and all of the important introductions that it will bring. See, look how excited June is about it:

Another Good Trip to the Doctors

We went to the doctor this afternoon for a checkup. Once again, he said that everything looks great. June's weight is up to 12 lbs and she is 23 inches long! He was impressed by how strong her neck is and she showed off by smiling and cooing at him as she was being examined. His reaction to that... he said that June is a "perfect baby" ... he, obviously, was not at our house last night at 4am. HA HA No complaints though, she is actually sleeping quite well most nights- sometimes for six or more hours at a time. One night last week we put her down at 9:30pm and she slept until 5:30am, boy were we surprised. This weekend we are headed to Fennville for Tyler and Ethan's birthday party. I will post pictures next week! Happy birthday to Cousin Tyler, Uncle Alex and Cousin Ethan... in that order.

We Love This Weather!!!!

After an extremely long winter, the three of us couldn't be happier about the nice weather this week. We have been getting out as much as possible, taking long walks and soaking up the sun!





Captain's initial indifference to June is finally starting to turn into a little bit of interest. Slowly but surely- one sniff at a time!
